Contact Addresses Screen

Multiple addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses are supported for each person or company in your contact list. This is a sample address screen. From here you can delete addresses, edit existing addresses, or add a new address for the contact.

Capital Asset Report

This is a list of all the capital assets (depreciable assets) that have been purchased. These records are created automatically when an invoice is saved. Details such as depreciation method may be changed by the user.

Calendar

This is the calendar. Views by week and day are also available.

Invoice Entry

Invoices from vendors are entered on this screen. The different items can be assigned to different accounts, and different items can have different taxation. (For example, one item may have no tax because it was purchased for resale, while another item on the same invoice may have California Use Tax.) When invoices are saved, tax and shipping are automatically distributed to the correct accounts.
